Crimson Bloom UltraFlex G

Pen design and color was nice, but nib was way too sharp. Said it was 0.5mm, but was more like 0.1mm. It came to a very sharp, sharp point. Was constantly catching on the paper, and ink didn't want to flow out of the pen very consistently. I believe ink flow is just due to being a new pen, and ink type. After washing the pen, it seemed to work a little better, but the nib was still nicking and grabbing the paper. I had to take 1200 grit metal sandpaper and finely sand the tip a bit and that seemed to do the trick. The pen does write smoother now, but with such a fine point, takes the softest of pressure to write, and will take some time to get used to it.

Never thought I’d say this, but writing feels magical. The ultra flex nib allows for beautiful line variation. Every letter I write looks elegant and sharp. This is a keeper — 10/10.

Feels like writing with moonlight. UltraFlex nib lets me express every emotion on paper. The control and feedback are just right. Beautiful form and flawless function.

Honestly, I didn’t expect to love it this much. The ultra flex nib allows for beautiful line variation. It’s rare to find this level of flex without being scratchy. Would make a fantastic gift for any pen lover.
