Effective Date: 22/02/2025

Last Updated: 22/02/2025

Penoria ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established the following policy regarding copyright infringement claims.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content on our website (penoria.com) infringes upon your copyrighted work, you may submit a DMCA takedown request by providing the following information to our designated Copyright Agent at support@penoria.com:

Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are affected, a representative list of such works.

Identification of the infringing material that you request to be removed, including its specific location on our website (URL or other identifying details).

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Your contact information, including your full name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.

A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Your physical or electronic signature.

Failure to provide all of the above information may delay processing of your request.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that the content removed or disabled due to a copyright complaint was wrongly taken down, you may submit a counter-notification to support@penoria.com. Your counter-notification must include:

Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location before removal.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your location (or the location of Penoria, if you reside outside the United States) and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.

Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content at our discretion, unless the original complainant initiates legal action.

Repeat Infringers

Penoria reserves the right to terminate user accounts or deny access to users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
